I realized my fitness was lacking and I needed to get in shape. But, I needed something practical that applied to the real world. CrossFit fit this perfectly. I really liked the variety of the workouts and the real world application, so I apply this methodology to my training.
I believe in what getting fit can do for people and wanted to do my part. I really enjoy helping people realize that they can improve their fitness and quality of life.

I love to see what my body is capable of doing by setting goals and working towards them. Since CrossFit methodology is highly measurable and there’s always room for improvement this is perfect for me. What also made me choose this type of training is the community and camaraderie. This is something I’ve never found in other types of gyms.
I’ve always wanted to work in a field where I could help people. Without knowing exactly what that was, I went to school and got a degree in work psychology. When I started to get serious about my own training one of the first things I realized was how much it had changed my life for the better and that’s when I knew that becoming a trainer would be the perfect way for me to achieve just that. I then decided to go back to school so I could become a personal trainer.
