This option is perfect for those who want a more specific and personalized program. If you can’t make our regular class times, prefer one-on-one coaching rather than classes, or want to work on skill movements, this is for you.

The program will be specifically tailored towards your needs and goals, and you will be given homework after each session you can do on your own. These sessions can be performed as one-on-one, duo or small group depending on your preferences. Each session will last 30 minutes.

We have different package options to choose from and we will help you pick the one best suited for you. All packages includes Open Gym access.

This is a great opportunity for those who want to put some extra focus on their nutrition. As science suggests, working out is only half of the solution to a healthy body. The other half is proper nutrition. We will help you making the right food choices and the proper amounts based on your goals.

This is an opportunity for you to come in outside of class hours to work on skill movements, mobility, or homework given during PT(personal training) sessions, etc. There is no coaching during Open Gym and you will go at your own pace.

This is for members that want to do local competitions – scaled or Rx, be competitive in the CrossFit Games Open, qualify for the Age Group Online Qualifier, or tryout for Sanctionals. 

This class will provide an increase in training volume, strength work, as well as more demand in gymnastics and conditioning. 

You will gain access to the Competitors Programming that requires you to do extra work in addition to the daily WOD. 



All classes at Smithfield Strength & Conditioning last for 1 hour and start off with a general warm up followed by a specific warm up and technique training. We will then take you through the Workout of the Day demonstrating movements and correcting techniques before we start our workout which consists of a strength component and/or metabolic conditioning.

In these classes you will learn how to move correctly and safely to better meet the demands of everyday life and minimize the risks of injury. You will learn how the different movements we do in our workouts can be incorporated into your daily life.

By participating in these classes and giving your best effort, you can expect to improve your cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, speed, strength, power, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

These classes are for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness. It doesn’t matter whether you are a top athlete or have never trained a day in your life. All workouts can be scaled to whatever level you are on. The only expectations we have is that you give your best effort and have fun.
